The Balmes is one of the youngest hotels of the Derby Hotels Group. It was built in 1990 and, for this reason, has fully inherited in all its aspects the essential idea behind Derby Hotels: provide and surpass the highest level of service within each category. This has been achieved to the point that it is easy to question wether this is truly only a three-star hotel.
