Restaurant Song Kwae Sukiyaki Thai Fondue: The other way
In Song Kwae's-sukiyaki on each table there is a pan filled with broth. As a basis you get several vegetables of the season, glass noodles, egg and SK-suki sauce. The broth will be brought to the boiling point and in the meantime you can order one of the menus and will be served your drinks. The menus include a range of fresh meat, fish and vegetarian ingredients which are cooked in the broth. When all dishes are on the table the basic vegetables are put into the broth, and the egg is added.
Next you can boil the various ingredients in the Suki-pot using a little net. You 'fish' the ingredients together with the vegetables out of the pan and can enjoy a delicious healthy dish. It this process the broth will get its distinct flavour and can be consumed as soup.
