General policy

With correspondence please mention the arrival date. Please send us your estimated time of arrival by fax or E-mail. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us!

Child policy

Children up to 5 year can sleep free of charge in the parents room. A cot and baby bath are available on request. We have two exellent family rooms, divided on two floors with 4 to 6 single beds per room.
A person of the age 5 and younger is considered a child

Cancellation policy

Cancellations only by FAX or E-MAIL! Up to 48 hours before the arrival date free of charge. After that in all cases of a cancellation or a NO SHOW we will always charge the first night.
